Submission URL Error with FS (federated Portal & Server 10.4.1)

Question

I get the following error in my S123 Connect logs.

}

Survey123 Connect stalls out with this...

Hi Tucker,

This is a known issue with Survey123 at this time.  We are working to fix this in the next release.
