failed to submit. cannot find matched feature service json

I created a Survey from scratch in S132 Connect. It publishes fine to our portal version 10.7 but when we hit the submit button in web-browsers we get this error - failed to submit. cannot find matched feature service json -

Hi Damon,

The error appears to be an issue with the web app accessing the feature service.  This might best be debugged via a technical support case - could you file one and work with Esri Support?
