Hi Danniela,

If by scheduling, you mean updating a web map to reflect the records of new surveys that have been submitted, this is a simple as adding the feature layer associated with your survey to a web map.  You can find this feature layer in a folder within your ArcGIS Online content, which is created at the time that your survey is published.
