Auto Filling Multiple Fields

I am looking to find a way to auto fill multiple fields based on one drop down selection. EX: I would like to fill out permit number, owner, contractor all based on selecting one project from my drop down. These fields would be located in different areas throughout my word doc.

Hi Logan,

Are you using the Survey123 field app or web app? You mention a word doc containing this extra information. however this type of file as external file format is not supported in Survey123 to pull data and load from.

If the additional related information in stored in an external csv file (not word doc), you can load this into the field app in the media folder, via Connect, and use pulldata() function to retrieve the relevant information into the fields as you have requested.
