Survey123.arcgis.com & Enterprise Portal

Hi All

I have followed through the Tech Support article on configuring our Portal for ArcGIS 10.4 to work with survey123.com.

Unfortunately when i try to login using a configured url as suggested in the doc I get this error:

https://survey123.arcgis.com/?portalUrl=https://location.sa.gov.au/portal

When I check the appid and redirects in Portal it all seems as it should

{"appId":"survey123hub","redirectURIs":["\\http://survey123.arcgis.com\\","\\https://survey123.arcgis.com\\"]}

Not sure what else to check or do?  Any thoughts will be greatly appreciated.

Hi Chris,

It looks like something is a little off in the Portal's configuration.  If I attempt to go to the login page configured to open Survey123 after completion (https://location.sa.gov.au/portal/sharing/rest/oauth2/authorize?redirect_uri=https://survey123.arcgis.com&client_id=surv… ), the request returns a "302 Found" response that redirects to https://location.sa.gov.au/ .  Can you check with your Portal administrator to see if there is anything in the configuration of the Portal that would cause this?
