Is there a way to recover lost data after republishing a survey?

I know I should have paid attention to the prompt, but I didn't think the changes I made would eliminate my data.  Please help if possible.

Thanks, I was able to recover the data.  I had to get it off of my phone and it was in SQLite, so relatively hard to understand but I figured out how to read it and just resubmitted with the old data.

The data can be retrieved from the devices used in the field if the Sent boxes have not been emptied. I am not sure how many devices and surveys have been uploaded and if this is possible for you.
