Cannot create survey from feature servive

Hi all,

I am trying to to create a survey from a feature service published from SDE.

I get this error:

Here is my service:Layer: LandManagement.CULTURE.CollectpeopleNogeog (ID: 0) 

Any idea?

Hi Alex. There are a few steps that need to be carried out if you are to publish a survey from a non-federated service. Have you been able to successfully work through the following: How To: Create Survey123 for ArcGIS surveys that connect to non-federated ArcGIS Server services ?
