will the feature service be deleted if I change a text box size?

Hi, I have a feature service up an running but I need to update a couple of text boxes by making them a bigger size, will my exiting records be deleted? thanks

Yes, you can do that without affecting the feature service using Survey123 Connect.  The particular change you need to do to make the text boxes bigger is to give those questions the appearance multiline.
