Would someone point me in the right direction to configure this style of question in my survey's?
I recently completed a survey from the My Esri team which had questions laid out in a grid and it looked really clean in my web browser (screen shot above). A really nice touch is how the "Other" check box expands for a comment within the same question.
Everything I've read to date has told me that grids are not possible in a web based survey (for example: https://community.esri.com/groups/survey123/blog/2019/11/20/survey123-tricks-of-the-trade-groups-grids-and-pages); maybe that's old information though?
