Different thumbnail images for choices in Survey123

Is there a way to add different thumbnail images for choices in Survey123?

I am using the image column in the choices sheet to add detailed information to each choice. I would like to have a different thumbnail (an information icon), so when the user clicks on it they see the detailed diagram in full screen. Is this possible?

Have you checked the "Media" sample from Connect survey template? This sample survey demos how to use different images for select one choice questions. When you click each image, it will display the image in full screen.

Please check the Media sample to see if it fits what you are looking for.
