I tried to uninstall Survey123Connect and the process was interrupted and quarantined by our Virus Protection software. Shouldn’t the uninstaller just be deleting files and registry settings? What is the uninstaller trying to encrypt?

This is a false positive on the virus scanner's part. The install/uninstall tool is not encrypting anything during the process.
