Users cannot view data in web app

Question

Users of a group that have permission to View the survey are not seeing the newest data. Instead they only see data from last year. Yet if I log into their computer as myself (Admin) I see the newest surveys. Link to Viewer-Data page . Issue is I need these Viewers to be able to print out the reports, but they cannot access the newest surveys.

There is not a definition query set, but the _stakeholder view does show what users and you are seeing.

Hi Carl,

This may take some effort to debug.  From the stakeholder view, I see the same issue as your viewers- only the results submitted last year are visible.  Can I ask you to check if there is a definition query set to the _stakeholder view (see Manage hosted feature layers—ArcGIS Online Help | ArcGIS )?
