Connecting a Geopoint to an identifier in survey123

I am trying to create a management system for hand pumps in Ghana.  I want to connect information to the Identification number of each hand pump.  Orginally I was thinking of using a QR code or a barcode, but was wonder if I could connect specific lat. and long. to the Id numbers to the hand pump in survey123?  The idea is that survey123 would register the point and then auto fill certain information connected to the hand pump.

If you use Survey123 Connect for ArcGIS, you can add a geopoint type that will collect the coordinates of each pump as the data collector clicks on either the map or point icon when near the pump and fills in the pump id information in the survey. The illustration below has a 1 meter threshold.
