Survey123 report map criteria

Question

As part of survey123 reports I know you can change the map, it’s scale and the size of the map but how do you get it to work with custom maps. Ie if I create a webmap on one of the included base maps and add in my layers they don’t show in my report, I just get the map, do they need to be shared with something?

Thanks for the reply James, it’s quite strange as the map background shows fine but my layers don’t, I’ve checked the scales and they are fine I’ve even tried just have the map background and only one feature layer and I get the same

Hi Stu,

You should be able to specify a custom web map to display the results on by specifying the item iD of the map in the geopoint field.  Refer to the 'Geopoints' section of Feature report templates—Survey123 for ArcGIS | ArcGIS
