new sent surveys have disappeared

Question

Three surveys were sent yesterday from a field ipad (running v 3.3.64). Two were opened from the Outbox and sent. One was opened from Drafts and sent. My coworker then realized that he needed to make a few edits, but none of the three were in the Sent box [gulp]...nor was the data saved in the SDE database.

Short of my coworker deleting the three surveys by mistake (he's 97.3% sure that didn't happen), what in the world happened here??  Help!

Nope. Sent box is enabled. Honestly, I think he deleted the surveys by mistake.  Especially given that the survey data wasn't saved in the SDE either.  As the days have gone by, he's become less and less sure...haha!  Thank you for the reply and sorry to waste your time with this question.

Hi Lynn,

I have not previously seen the behavior you describe.  Just to check, you did not set the option to disable the Sent box on the survey?
