Does anyone know if duplicate mover tool has been updated to work on Arc 10?
Have got coinciding points and need to space them out and haven't got arcinfo so can't use disperse markers, duplicate mover seems to be tool that does the same as that.
Disperse markers but requires Arc* advanced but it only disperses symbols
from other sources
