Update the "Manage offline areas" tip to clarify that schema changes require recreating offline map areas

Idea: Update the tip in the "Manage offline areas" panel to add this note from the documentation: "The update action does not incorporate schema changes to the map area. For schema changes, recreate the offline map area." (See current text in screenshot below.) This is the panel that appears when you go to the Settings page of a map's Item Details page, click Manage offline areas, and then click on an existing offline area. 

Reason: This is an important distinction, and it should also be made clear in the interface to avoid wasted time and frustration in both the person configuring the map and the survey crews in the field. To the uninitiated, simply adding a domain value might seem like a smaller change than adding a whole layer, and they might not realize that they need to recreate the offline area.

I would like to see a warning on any offline map that says that there have been changes made to the source map which won't appear unless the offline area is regenerated (and an option to do so, regardless of if it was pre-prepared or an ad-hoc/user defined area).
