Unable to view layers due to query capabilites

Hi,

My work has a Survey 123 that we use for data collection and then access through an AGOL WebMap. My coworker can access the data in a WebMap, but when I open the same map I get an error saying "layer viewer requires a layer with query capacity"

Has anyone dealt with this? I am a new hire who did not originate the Survey123 and cannot see editing to explore the settings.

Hi @SkyeS, 

You (or someone with administrative privileges) may need to update some Editing settings in order for the data to be viewed. There was a similar post here a while back: https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-online-questions/map-viewer-unable-to-load-data-from-survey/td-p/1250501
