Line Spacing Issue In Survey123 Summary Report Template

Hi!

I'm using Survey123 and have created two report templates.  I have a single record report template and a summary report template.  I'm running into an issue where my summary report template will not keep a line space between ${do_line2} and whatever line value exists next in lines 3 through line 8.  When I run the same template without the summary and repeat in my single record template, it behaves as expected.  There will always be a line space between ${do_line2} and whatever line value exists next.  Below is my template for the single record report:

And below is the output I get, regardless of what line value exist directly after do_line2:

I'm not sure how to fix the Summary template to get it to just keep a single line space after the ${do_line2} and whatever line value exists next.  Anything I have tried so far, doesn't seem to work or adds two lines when I need just one line.  I've attached copies of both of my report templates.  Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Can you put an actual line break, or start another paragraph in your summary template Word doc? Click the show/hide formatting icon (the backwards looking P in the Paragraph tab on the Home tab) to see what the current formatting is. You might also try clicking the little down arrow in the Paragraph tab and play with the 'Indents and Spacing' and 'Line and Page Breaks' options, although those might apply to the whole document, rather than just one line.

Another option might be to copy and paste the relevant lines from the single report to the summary report.
