I created a simple survey (US States visited) in Connect (3.23.48). Everything displays/works fine in the Survey123 Field App.
When viewing the survey in the browser, when a state gets selected the checkbox disappears
If I try clicking it again, the screen shows up as:
Also, the submit button is not showing but is there if you mouseover at the bottom. I've tested on both Chrome and Edge with same results.
