Survey not visible on IOS

Hello,

This is my first time posting so I apologize for any mistakes.

I am trying to create a vegetation survey for my master's thesis. It all looks good in the preview in Survey 123 connect. The survey is in a dynamic grid format with repeats and some formatting but nothing too crazy. However, when I publish the survey and then try to collect using the IOS app, only the title and the header appear and the screen is blank! It seems to work online, albeit without the right formatting, and I tried redownloading the iOS app and even remaking the survey.

Could be that you are new. The appearance ones are fine any name fields? On the settings page try different style options. Post a screen shot if you can.

That did it! I changed the style to "pages" rather than "pages dynamic-grid" although i'm not sure why that worked since all the grid formatting is preserved. Thank you so much! your previous posts helped me create this form from scratch, so I owe you one.

Yes, all the appearences with a width parameter like "w2" "w1" etc have those green boxes. Also "show-ticks"

When I attempt to drag any files into this post, it says they are not supported unfortunately

Connect is much more forgiving on reserved words, special chars, etc. Do any of your fields have a green box in the top left of the cell? Post the form if you can.

In those sections I have "member of my organization" for who can submit

"multiple submissions"

and "open: accepting responses"

Are you using the same account in both cases? Or is it public?

Just a quick check: In Survey123 Survey Management menu in ArcGIS Online, under 'Collaboration' and 'Share Survey' settings, did you check what you have set for these options?
