I am trying to a survey 123 report format so that it is plug and play with folks who do not normally sit in front of a computer. I am struggling to format the word doc template so that the photos (up to two) along with a geopoint "map" print fully on a page. I understand I have attached two screenshots. The first is the report Template, and the second is the resulting Report that gets populated. I have also attached the template and the report. Is there a way to automate this as it comes out of the survey123 report generator before it is "printed" into a word report?

I wonder if your photo is not getting squashed vertically because you are using bullets in your document.
I would try to remove those bullets and see if that fixes the issue.
