New POWER Automate Connections Not Working

Question

Has anyone had any issues with POWER Automate triggers since AGOL Update last week.

Any new flows created will not trigger the flow, older flows still working but my new webhooks not triggering POWER Automate flows suing survey 123 trigger connector or Premium Connector.

Also running into a similar issue in ArcGIS Enterprise. The old flows work just fine, but using a new flow and we get this error.

Hi @mitchyboy29104, @agroges362, and @abureaux,

We have seen a few reports of similar behavior with webhooks in Power Automate and the error message:

Power Automate error message: Flow save failed with code 'DynamicOperationRequestClientFailure' and message 'The dynamic operation request to API 'arcgis' operation 'GetFeatureLayerResponseSchemaForWebhook' failed with status code 'NotFound'.

Some individuals have found improvement with their webhooks as of this morning.

If you are still seeing issues, would you be able to confirm if you are the error message above, share the feature service URL with me (can share here or private message me), and if there is a joined view layer with an area of interest defined?

I just created two new flows.

1. Custom S123 trigger: Success

2. ArcGIS trigger: Success

Just make sure when you make a new flow that you get the form update in S123 or the flow won't trigger.
