Signature line not drawing in web app but works in field app

Hello, I have a survey created in connect 3.19. Using hosted feature service in enterprise 10.9.1.

A signature question in the web app will not show the line when drawing, but does save as attachment.

On the web form, no line appears:

Not sure what the bug is, but I was able to do a little work around if anyone else is having this issue.

I set the appearance to annotate and default to an image of a signature line and is working as expected now.
