Survey123 failing when using the 'Edit and Resend' function

Question

Hello, I am using Survey123 for data capture as part of a national scale survey. When using the 'Edit and Resend' function within the Survey123 app, form upload fails with the below error message:

Apparently this is an issue some of our surveyors have seen for several years. Is there a suitable work around or a fix for this issue?

App version: 3.18.142

Tablet: iPad 9th generation

Operating system: iPadOS 16.1.1

I've opened this up in Connect now and I have the required options activated. Seems like it's a bug maybe?

Hi, I built this form using the form builder online as opposed to Connect. I can't seem to see those settings in the online form builder. Do you know if there is a way to expose them?

I've checked the setting in the 123 site and it doesn't seem to have the functionality I need.

Did you set this setting in Connect when publishing?  It is off by default now.

I would also check the settings in the 123 site here https://survey123.arcgis.com/

and in the service in AGOL.

Hopefully that does it
