Survey123 Redirect Url Not Working

Question

Setting a redirect url using the Survey123 website is not functioning properly. When "Action after submission" is enabled, and a redirect url is input, the url is not honored after submitting and a blank survey is reloaded.

After submitting this is what we see and the survey reloads a blank form.

Are you still experiencing the issue? I was not able to recreate the issue using either https://www.google.com or https://google.com
