Adding new repeat records not linked to parent record

I have a problem with adding new repeat records.

We've created  a parent-child relationship class between point FC and a table so we got a related table and we used that in a survey123 project.

When creating new surveys, the repeat records have same parent GUID exists in parent table as expected, but, by using inbox folder, adding new repeats have different GUID

How are you populating the GUID field in the survey? Are you passing the GUID for an existing feature using a URL parameter? 

If you are only looking to add related records and not new parent records you don't need the being and end repeat questions in your XLSForm, you can point your survey directly to the related table and pass the parent Global ID into the GUID field. Please see this article for a workflow.
