Survey responses lost when converted to survey connect

I have converted my web Survey to connect 123, but my previously recorded survey responses haven't loaded in my data tab in survey 123.

The new survey responses are not being made available to the other users as well. These users do not have admin privileges, but they can see the responses I cant. 

Any help appreciated.

Thanks for reaching out

There shouldn't have been an issue after publishing in Survey123 Connect vs publishing from the web designer.

In my experience it sounds like the issue is with the feature layer views. The first thing I would check is if the results view layer is displaying the same data as your parent survey dataset. if not then the view layer can be regenerated.
