Publishing Layer with Attachments

I am trying to publish a layer that has jpeg attachments attached to it. I get a warning when analyzing the sharing that the layers pop-up definition includes fields that are not supported online. Is there a work around to this or can I just add attachments once the data is online?

Uploading the layer as a zipped File Geodatabase of the Feature class with attachments directly to ArcGIS Online might assist you. Please see some documentation here: 'Publish the contents of a File Geodatabase'
