Custom Feature service submission_url is not Compatible with this survey

Question

Receiving an error when trying to publish from survey 123:

You have to match the service it is pointing to.  Did you do that?  Not much to go on here.  Is it a submission URL?  An existing service?  Did it ever match?  etc

I have changed it to match "type" field i.e  bind::esri:fieldType to reflect "text" to "string" and "integer" to "integer.  I am still getting the same error.

You can change this in the bind::esri:fieldType column in the excel sheet to make it match.  Things like notes and select one default to string is probably your issue.
