Does Crowdsource Reporter Web App (ArcGIS Online) or any other web apps have part of CAPTCHA or do we need to add a CAPTCHA? Any advise? Please let me know.

No, this is not available in the ArcGIS client web apps out-of-the-box and would have to be enabled as custom functionality.
