I received a requirement from other department that they want to use our ArcGIS Server Tile service as a basemap and service URL should be like OpenStreetMap tiled service (https://tile.openstreetmap.org/${z}/${x}/${y}.png). I already created Cache Tile service with URL like (http://localhost:6080/arcgis/rest/services/BasemapCache/MapServer) but did not aware how to access this service in the required format.Is there any way to create and access Tile Service in this format (https://tile.openstreetmap.org/${z}/${x}/${y}.png) using ArcGIS Server or Enterprise Portal?Highly appreciate your support.
