This has perplexed me for a while now, but is there a way to see what maps/apps are using my hosted feature layers? Not in Portal, but AGOL.
I found this https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-online-questions/is-there-a-way-to-find-out-what-layers-are-being/m-p/458421#M23125, but it refers you to an outside tool that costs money and our policies do not us to download 3rd party software without approval.
I see this question get posted probably once a month, maybe Esri will come up with a standardized tool eventually...
