After update to v.3.14.237 the Survey123 not able pull data from existing objects from FieldMaps map. Any idea how to sort it out

Thank you very much. The issue is solved.
I use both - script for one form (which is working without problems), and include data into URL- the one was not working. First I removed the URL and used script but the result was the same. The issue is solved by now once we removed pulldata function from the form!

Can you please provide some more information on your workflow? Are you linking to Survey123 and including data in the URL, or are you using a JavaScript function to request information from a feature service?
If possible would you be able to provide a video/screen captures showing the behavior?
