Automatic Email with ArcGIS Enterprise Survey123

Good afternoon, I have tried in various ways to integrate in POwerAUtomate automatic emails when a new survey123 is generated. IN Online I have no problem but I have not been able to connect the surveys that I have in Enterprise, is there a solution for this?
