Need to create a label based for a polygon layer based on point layer sum of a field in AGOL for Dashboard Map, would like to use Arcade.

Question

I have a map in classic viewer that is used in a Litter Collection Dashboard.

I have the Litter Collection Zones (polygon) & Litter Collection (point)

I would like to create a label for the polygons that sums the total of trash reported in that zone.
