Rank question based on previous select multiple - is it possible?

Hi Survey123 Community,

I have a list of dam types codes, the select multiple, that need to concatenated by importance. The list is finite but not all values apply to all dams. Thoughts on how I can accomplish this? Thanks

Seems to me like a job for XLSForms. It's a pretty flexible programming language to modify the survey based on input as you go.
