I have several select_one questions that have .png icons representing the choices. It is working fine on android, but not working on any of my iOS devices. Is this a limitation currently?
No, there isn't a limitation on iOS with regard to media support. iOS is the one operating system that is case-sensitive in the file naming; often an issue like the one you describes comes from not have exact capitalization match between what is specified in the Excel file and the name of the file (i.e., image01.png vs. Image01.PNG).
