Is it possible to have features (or their labels) work as hyperlinks in a PDF of a map made in ArcGIS PRO?

Wow, that is a longstanding issue! I couldn't see any official ESRI responses though. For some reason I thought this kind of thing was already possible, but I must have been misremembering.
