Survey 123 asks user to log in every time he sends survey

I have a user who is using survey 123 on an android device. Every time he goes to submit the survey he needs to log in to the agol portal again. Is there anyway to prevent this from happening? This behavior started occurring last week. It was working before and nothing has changed.

Hi Patrick,

This is a known issue that we're working on, stemming from new functionality added in Survey123 version 3.0.

If you aren't relying on features added to Survey123 3.0 such as nested repeats, you can avoid this issue until it's fixed by using Survey123 Classic, which doesn't have this problem.
