How to get rid of undefined value in Survey123 for submitted by and submitted time?

Question

In the Survey123 dashboard online I select a survey, and click the data tab. I then select a single record and attempt to print it. In the PDF just below the header is the following text:

There is no "Submitted By" or "Submitted Time" fields. Not in the survey and not even when I download the CSV of the data directly from the data view.

Why is this showing and how do I get rid of this? It looks very unpresentable with this on the top of the page.

How can I access the " Submitted Time:" data?

I cannot see it in the attribute table or the metadata table.

Hi Nick,

From the sounds of it, the survey is publicly shared?  When not publicly shared, Survey123 automatically records the user that submitted the survey and the time the submission occurred.  There currently isn't a way to turn off these fields, though I've added your request to the enhancement to turn off fields in the individual display in general.
