Error appear when survey is filling by users. The form is public.

The issue is likely caused by the text being submitted being too long (Troubleshoot—Survey123 for ArcGIS | ArcGIS ). When authored from the web, the single line text question can accept a maximum of 255 characters. If you expect responses longer than that, use the multiline text can accept 1000 characters.
Surveys published with Survey123Connect can be configured with user-defined character limits.
