Why does Survey123 Connect version 3.9.120 crash on thumbnail file open box

In Survey123 Connect, when I go to Settings and click on the Thumbnail, a file open dialog opens then Survey 123 Connect immediately crashes.

Hi Amy,

To check, was Survey123 Connect installed via the download on the Survey123 resources page or via the Microsoft store? I'm not seeing this behavior with my Windows installation of Survey123 Connect.

Apologies for the delay. I am not seeing a crash when I update the thumbnail in the MS Store version of Survey123 Connect. If this continues, can you file a ticket with Esri Support?
