Is it possible to populate collector or survey 123 from a related table/database?

Question

Hi, if using Portal is it possible to populate collector and Survey123 with information from an existing related table or database connection?

I would like to use these products to conduct site visits of existing facilities. The facilities have ID numbers and associated information such as the Facility Name, Primary Contact, Address, facilities within the facility. Is it possible to input just the Facility ID and then have static information that is related to the Facility ID be populated in Survey123 or Collector?

No I mean you can auto populate OTHER information by using one field. In your case once you enter all these information - Facility ID, Facility Name, Primary Contact, Address, facilities in the csv by using Facility ID as Primary KEY you can auto populate other information in Survey123.

Thank you, this is great. I was able to test this and it works for me with a csv file. When you say you auto-populate from rest information do you mean you can have the data that is used to populate be at a rest endpoint? Is it possible to populate info from an odbc conneciton?
