allow non survey author to make changes to survey

Question

My colleage created a few surveys and needs my assistance. I cannot seem to find a way to gain access to his surveys in survey123 Connect to use the xls form.

we are both admins in AGOL so I should have access to all his items however survey123 connect will not let me view them. Is this not a feature at the moment?

I really do not want to sit at his machine all day to work on them which will prevent him from getting other work done.

any insight in appreciated.

Ok I did that how do i save it as a new one I do not have that option

While you can't view his items via Survey123Connect, you can create a new survey based on his - use 'Create New' and select 'My Organization'.
