Survey123 Connect v3.7.60 - Choice Filter

Hello all !

I am relatively new to Survey123 Connect and am trying something that I can't seem to get right.  I'm trying to filter choices based on the AGOL login (email). I read several threads and tried many things, but I think I'm simply missing one piece.  

I have the login (email) passed through ok, but can't seem to get the choice filter to pick it up. 

I have highlighted examples attached - I believe I should have received two choices; "Los Angeles" and "New York" in a drop down selection.

Hi John,

It looks like there's a slight mismatch between the e-mail you specified and the e-mail the tablet received:

- illinois (what you typed)
- Illinois (received)

Because the choice_filter is doing an exact match, the capitalization matters.
