Survey 123 HTML text style doesn't take effect on Web version

Hi there, is anyone encounter this issue as me. 

I am creating a survey 123 form using survey123 connect and trying to use HTML to style the text, in survey connect form preview it is working ok, but for some reason the text style change was not taken effect on the label if there is choice filter applied.

In Survey 123 connect, is displaying as attached. 

Could anyone help to give me an solution?

It sounds like you are encountering this existing salesforce issue:

BUG-000128706 When viewed on a web browser, a select_one question type in Survey123 Connect for ArcGIS fails to function properly and fails to uphold the HTML styling and formatting when a choice filter is added.

I encourage you to contact Esri Support. Our Support team will assign an official bug number for your records. This number can be used to search for and subscribe to the bug on the Esri Support site. If the issue is reported by other customers it will be attached to the same bug report, which helps us assess the impact of the issue and prioritize it accordingly.
