Can I override the 'choice_filter' based on a answer to another field?

I have a choice filter setup on several fields for our normal daily operations, but when we switch to emergency #operations I would like to override the choice_filter so instead of the drop down lists a user can type in the name during an emergency we may non-normal operations personnel filling in positions. First line on the form is to choose Normal Operations or Emergency Operations. Debbie Murphy

Yes, this can be done by having a comparison in the choice_filter to the Normal/Emergency question. See the attached example
