I keep getting an error stating that a folder cannot be created when I try to publish my survey from survey123 connect. !

Question

Can someone please help? I have attached my survey so you can see what I have done. I don't get any sort of error message when I preview my form so I am at a loss as to why my survey won't publish. This is my very first survey to be published. Thank you for your help

I did what you suggested and the error still occurred.

This happens when Connect attempts to create a folder that already exists.

Try the following:

* Log into your portal and to your Content
* Look for your survey folder and delete it (check to see if there is anything important in it first!)
* Back into Connect, open your survey folder and delete the file with extension .iteminfo
* Publish again
