Existing survey error: "Cannot read property 'scrollIntoView' of undefined"

Question

I'm unable to view my survey in a web browser. When I try to open it, I get this error: " Error: Initializing form... Cannot read property 'scrollIntoView' of undefined." Does anyone have a fix to this? For context, I created this in the Survey123 Connect desktop app. I've re-published with edits many times and have been able to open it successfully in a web browser in the past.

Hi Sana,

What version of Survey123 Connect are you using? Have you tried recently republishing with the latest 3.10 release?

Can you provide a copy of the xlsx form file so we can take a closer look. From the sounds of it, there may be something in your xslx file that is not supported on the web app or has changed in the recent 3.10 release.
